Me: Awwww.

Eighteen Splat the Cat books for my students. Each one with a message inside, saying how important reading is.

What Type of New Age Crap is He Learning in Kindergarten?

Charlie, when presented with a dinner he did not like: "I don't like that. It doesn't fill my bucket."

The same new age crap, I'm teaching in Kindergarten, apparently.

Nothing says Christmas . . .

like driving your cat nuts with the Chrustmas tree parts.

Birthday Party!

I seriously need to up my game when it comes to birthday parties. This little girl had a bounce house, piñata, face painting, carnival games and decorate your own cupcakes.

I'm glad I have a few months to prepare.

Happy Thanksgiving! Love, Charlie

The Decorating Has Begun

Is He too Big For a Shelf?

Leftovers

I tried something different this year. I usually make a turkey pot pie, but this year I made a Leftover Pot Pie. (Emphasis on Leftover) I grabbed a pie plate and turkey and added the green bean casserole, the apple sausage stuffing, some diced carrots from the veggie platter, some chicken broth, a little milk and cream of mushroom soup. Then, I added the cranberry stuff on top. It made all the difference. It might look a little weird, but it's yummy.

And the best part is that there are no more Tupperware  containers in the fridge.
